Day 10: Back to Reality

As usual, we geared up for rain. The weather was calling for scattered thunderstorms all the way home. We encountered light rain at Owatonna, but we had prayed for a path thru the weather, and God provided it. We were expecting heavier rain in Des Moines but that never happened and finally in Bethany, MO we got rid of the rain gear, fueled, ate lunch and motored on home. This was a truly great trip taken with great people and reflecting on our last few days, will cherish it for ever! We traveled a total of 3000 miles in 10 days and saw 9 states and Ontario, Canada and all 5 of the Great Lakes, Georgian Bay, and Niagara Falls. I would recommend this trip to anyone who has an itch to do so.
